Terms of service
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Night School (https://nightschool.space), a learning app run from Australia. By using the app, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and plain. Questions? Email enashrestha123@gmail.com.
Using Night School
Night School gives you short daily lessons for your own personal learning. You can use it without an account, or make one to save your progress across devices. If you make an account, please use an email address you control and keep access to it secure.
Learning, not medical advice
Our lessons explain how the brain and body work, for general education only. They aren’t medical advice and aren’t a substitute for a doctor or other health professional. If you have a health concern, please talk to a qualified professional.
Our content
The lessons, illustrations, Pip the mascot and the rest of the app belong to Night School. You’re welcome to use them for your own learning and to share what you learn. Please don’t copy, republish or sell the lessons or artwork without asking us first.
Fair use
Please don’t:
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the app,
- use bots or scripts to copy content or create accounts, or
- use the app to harm others or break the law.
We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Price and changes
Night School is free while we’re testing it. We may add paid plans in the future. If we do, we’ll tell you clearly before you’re ever charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. We’re always improving the app, so lessons and features may change.
Your account
You can delete your account at any time from the You tab. Our privacy policy explains what information we keep and how we look after it.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Night School accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For big changes, we’ll tell you in the app first.
